Disgusted

I just received my order & this is the condition the shoes arrived in. I am in disbelief & truly disgusted that someone would think that this is ok to ship out to a paying customer. This is not the first time I received shoes in bad condition from DSW. DO BETTER! With that being said, I have these shoes in white that I ordered from the Adidas website. They are very comfortable, lightweight shoes. I will be ordering directly from them from now on.
