Damaged in transit 😕

The boots were just thrown into the box. Not even tissue paper to protect them or anything to separate the shoes from one another. They were bouncing around the box during transit. Got marks from the heel scratching the shoes. Review is more for the condition of the product received. The style is gorgeous though.

I love them. They look so nice and they fit true to size. I am a size 10. They appear to be narrow which I have a narrow foot. Haven’t wore them out yet so I am not sure if they are comfortable.
