Be Careful With Size

So disappointed. First pair I bought based on my grandson's size didn't fit. I ordered the next size up and the left slipper is smaller than the right. I used my reward points and was told if I return them, I lose my points. I donate shoes to DSW every Sunday and this is how I am treated.

Purchased these for my grandson and he loves them! You do need to size up one size to easily put them on. We love the “ankle sock” feature on the slippers which is hard to find.

My son is a true size 7 and I purchased the 7/8, his foot did not go in at all! Going to exchange for a bigger size, hopefully those fit.
