Used and Damaged Shoes

I ordered these shoes for my toddler from DSW and was extremely disappointed. The shoes arrived clearly used — there were visible footprints inside, and the Velcro was torn. Completely unacceptable to send a product in this condition, especially for a child. DSW needs better quality control.
