I was excited to receive my new boots, however, the box that they came in was taped up (red flag) and when I took them out I realized the boots had been used. I was so disappointed DSW would send me a pair of used boots!!!

These are perfect for shorter women. Hits below the knee. Very soft synthetic leather and so attractive. Comfortable and true to size. Get compliments all the time.

received two right shoes, one a size 6 wide calf and the other the size i originally ordered (7.5 standard calf). i needed these for a trip and couldn’t use them now.
