    Unfortunately, the wide are not wide on the boots

    I bought a pair of black ankle boots in wide because I need that for my feet and I bought the pair they came in. I put one pair of thin socks on with the boots and they are too tight on my feet. I have purchased other wide shoes from the same brand and I did not have that issue. The boots do not come in an extra wide. I would have exchanged them for an extra wide pair, but they don’t have any. I would like to return them however they charge you a fee for your purchase if you are going to end up returning items so either way you pay for the return even though it’s not your fault the item was defective or did not meet your satisfaction.

    A new go-to boot for me!

    Oh I just love a well packaged pair of boots! These came in a good condition box each boot in a separate boot bag and each boot thoughtfully packed. That really does make a difference. Especially with the suede or faux suede material. This pair was in great condition and really is just a great pair of basic heels that I'm sure are going to be a new go to for me. Heel is nice but not too high. They are comfortable to walk in. I'm usually an 8.5 but sometimes if reviews say they run small I get a 9. The 8.5 fit great so true to size.
