Disappointed

Received the boots in a damaged beat up box. There were scuffs in the heels and fading in the material. Very faded color. Not the quality as the ice color ones I’ve purchased previously.

Good boot for the price

The style of a more expensive brand, for less. The materials are definitely not as upscale (synthetic vs leather), but so far look good and are pretty comfortable for a day or evening out. Recommend wearing high socks to avoid calf rubbing when walking.

Received Used Boots

I was very excited to receive my new pair of booties. Unfortunately when I open them I saw the sole is dirty, meaning they have been previously used or the ones from display. I am disappointed to receive a pair or “brand new” boots when it reality they are not. I was not expecting to receive this. I will definitely return them and perhaps find another place to buy shoes.
