DSW In-Store Price Match Policy
At DSW, we’re committed to offering our customers great value. Our In-Store Price Match Policy ensures you get the best price on eligible product purchases made at DSW retail locations in the U.S.
Eligibility Criteria
- Purchases made in-store at a U.S. DSW store location.
- Includes price matching against DSW.com prices.
- Applies to in-store pick-up orders.
- Price match requests must be made at the time of purchase or within seven (7) days of purchase with a valid DSW receipt.
- Limit of three (3) price match items per transaction.
Qualifying Items
To qualify for a price match, the item must:
- Be in stock at the time of the price match request.
- Be the same brand, style, and size as the competitor’s item.
Exclusions
Price matching is not available for:
- Purchases made on DSW.com or through Customer service
- Items on special promotions (e.g., Black Friday doorbusters).
- Prices affected by rebates, coupons, bonus offers, including:
- BOGO (Buy One Get One) offers
- Free or gift card offers
- Clearance pricing (percent-off or dollar-off)
- Used, limited-quantity, out-of-stock items, or items with pricing errors.
- Prices from online marketplaces (e.g., Amazon Marketplace, Overstock Marketplace).
How to Request a Price Match
- Present the original, complete printed ad or online offer from the competitor.
- Online offers must be verifiable on the competitor’s official website or app.
- Ads shown on a mobile device must be displayed directly from the competitor’s site or mobile app.
