Cute!
I am glad i read reviews before buying it. definitely size down however it feels weird knowing ankle strap for some reason i hope i will get used to it soon. Its cute though so dont want to return it

Uncomfortable

Stylin' College Student!
I bought these for my college granddaughter and she adores them! It took a few bandaids at the back heel until she broke them in but totally worth it. She has worn them for a wedding about every other event including her first day of college classes. I was worried she would not like the patent but she loves them as they ccdress up or casual.

Definitely size down
Definitely size down. I wear an 8.5, I purchased a size 7 and it fits perfectly. The 8 was too loose and would have eventually caused blistering. The 7 fits the way, I believe, the sandal is supposed to fit. If you have long toes, this might not be the right sandal for you unless you are okay with you toes hanging off the end of the shoe bed in the front.

Not sorry I Splurged!
I bought these on a whim and have not regretted the decision. My initial thought was they would be too heavy for my feet since the regular Doc Martens seem to be. I assure you…they are not. I have worn them every opportunity I got and with summer coming this is a staple!

I genuinely don't know whose feet these are for. Every review I've seen states they run wide, and as someone who is a true wide in foot width and height, these are horrendously painful even with attempts at stretching the straps with a shoe horn and an extensive break in period. The placement of the straps is also an issue, as my feet would slide back in the sandal and my pinky toe would be holding on for dear life trying to stay in the strap. Which is confusing because the sole was the right length, and even if I sized down the straps would be even worse. The sole is very comfy and the shoes are super cute, but be wary if you have a true wide foot.

Size down!
Got these blaire patent leather sandals on black friday ($75) since I already have boots in the brown & matte black colors. I didn't think I was going to like the patent leather as much since it's a shiny black, but it turned out to be a fun & loud color. I think u can still wear with anything. So the sizing is way off for me. I'm a TTS 8.5 in tennis shoes, but a size 8 in sandals. I'm glad that I found a local store to try on these sandals or else I would've had to return. The size 8 sandals had the perfect footbed, but the straps were just too loose. The only thing that would b preventing my feet from sliding all over the place would b the ankle buckle. When I tried on the size 7, the straps were perfect but the footbed was a little smaller. My toes come out a little bit over the footbed, but it was still more comfortable. Yes, I had to size down 1 whole size to find the right fit for me. I also have narrow feet too.

So pretty!
Beautiful shoes. The patent leather is so pretty. Since they are Docs, there is a break in period. The sole is very comfortable but the ankle straps take a bit to break in.
