I received used shoes!
I bought these new yet they arrived used! The box has no packaging and even the inside of the box was absolutely filthy! The shoes had scuffs all over them and really bad at the back where you can tell someone used the other shoe to remove one shoe. The soles were dirty and the person who wore them drug their feet as the back of them has little to no traction as they wore them down. The inside has fuzz all over them from someone’s socks. We are in a pandemic and you all are sending out used shoes? I am beyond angry! If I wanted someone’s dirty shoes I would have shopped at goodwill. These will be returned immediately and I’ll take my money elsewhere. This was a disappointing transaction and I’ll never ever order from DSW online again.

LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE..
I bought these during lockdown, I didn't like them much so I planned to return them when stores opened - well with everything going on - I forgot and they've been in my car trunk since May. I called to see if I could return them and was flatly refused - I waited too long - Well I'm sorry DSW - we had other major issues going on with Covid and bringing back shoes were not my top priority - now not only have you lost a LOYAL customer - I'm going to blast your negative return policy to to social media.

Super Cute Sneaker!
I bought these in my normal size of 7.5 and they fit perfectly. I wouldn’t consider my foot to be slender or very wide, I guess average. I found it to be stiff as other reviewers had mentioned. However, with a few wears they are fine. They are just a fun sneaker that adds a little pattern to your everyday outfit!

STILL NOT ABLE TO WEAR
I originally ordered 7.5. took forever to be delivered I found they ran small, so I returned and ordered a size 8, again took a LONGTIME to get. When I got the reordered pair Box said 8 but the sneaker was a size 9 I'm done with DSW online!!
Would recommend shoe if able to wear, but do not recommend DSW online

Disapointed :(
I was anticipating a much better quality product than what I received. The box was badly beaten up and the sneakers themselves had scuffs and markings indicating they had been previously worn.
I tried them on only to be further disappointed, as they were quite uncomfortable! I will definitely be returning.
I would not recommend, very disappointed :(

Dolce Vita always makes such high-quality shoes and these are no exception. I wore them all day on casual Friday at my office and was they were so comfortable even on the first time wearing them. I got sooo many compliments.
