I’m typically between a 9 and a 10 - the first ones I bought in black were 10s and were slightly larger than I’d like them to be so when I ordered the cream ones I went 9.5 and boy was that the wrong move. Super small, big difference between the 9.5 and the 10 - wish they had the cream in 10 so I could rebuy

Plusses: lug sole, neutral color goes with everything, somewhat comfortable for short periods of time. Minuses: starting to crease after one wear, not comfortable for long periods of time i.e. standing or walking a lot. Overall, i give them a 3.5 for looks and price if you can catch them on sale! I feel like they dress up your outfits as well, dressier than Toms or flats. I already own lugg soles in darker colors and cannot wear combat style boots like Docs to work, so, this is a nice change from basic black. They add some height in addition which I feel is a nice compliment!

Bought these and only wore them for one day. The box of the shoes, cut into my heels, and it was painful to wear other shoes for the rest of the week! So unfortunate because they were really cute

Absolutely love these, classy clean lines with a bit of edge. Can be dressed up or down, and black goes with anything. I wouldn't wear these with bare feet, but with socks or tights they're awesome. I can see why some people are complaining about the fit and think it will really depend on the shape of your foot. Mine are narrow with an arch, so when I walk there's a bit of weird gaping between the sides of the shoe and my foot, and some slippage between the shoe and my heel but not enough to where it's totally slipping off. Honestly for how cute they are, it's tolerable. If I sized down I think they'd be too tight. Overall I'm happy with the purchase.

I bought these a month and a half ago, I want to like them so much but I’ve never been in more pain with shoes. I’ve tried with and without socks, I always end up with huge blisters/cuts that last for weeks after. I honestly think I’ll end up with scars. BUT they still get 2 stars because they’re so cute, I just load up my feet with bandaids before I wear them

I am disappointed in the service from DSW. I firstly received two right feet of shoes of different sizes. I was initially pleased at the quick response and that a replacement was swiftly sent. However, the replacement received was clearly a used pair with scuffs and dirt marks. I will not be using this site in the future.

def need to size up a half, but still doesn't fit perfectly well. super stylish, so going to keep them since i love the look. the heel is a good chunky size but not too over the top. not sure why comfy, trendy loafers are so hard to find.. nonetheless, excited to pair with summer outfits

I like these loafers. They are a tad bit small but did fit better after they were worn a bit. I like the ecru color and that goes well with a lot of spring and summer ensembles. Nice heel height. I'm a guy that really likes to wear heels. It's a part of my life style.
