Received A Filthy And Damaged Item

I am disgusted at the condition of this item ! I ordered it as a present, my granddaughter opened it up , it is dirty, smells, is discolored and the stitching is coming apart in numerous areas ! So much for an early Christmas gift ! I will be contacting customer support! What a joke and inconvenience! Somebody should be ashamed for sending this item to a customer in this condition!!!!
