Sneakers came dirty, box was broken it seems those were used already I paid more than 100 dls to get something that’s not even brand new, definitely need my money back. Probably DSW sent some shoes that were re-used and return from a previous customer. I feel very upset about this purchase, I’m not a new customer to DSW wil definitely think twice before making another purchase from DSW.

I’ve ordered from DSW tons of times and I have never had any issues and I love their shoes. However I got these shoe and they looked like they’d been worn. Black around the platform of both shoes and scuff marks. Not sure why anyone would think it would be ok to sell those to someone as a new pair of shoes and Vintage Havanas are not cheap shoes. I called customer service and they’re sending a replacement pair. Hope this review lets whoever know to not send shoes that are clearly dirty and worn.

I love Vintage Havana styles and therefore don't mind to pay extra. This time I ordered sneakers on line and they took very long to arrive. When opened a plastic bag, was so surprised to find the box without cover and shoes all dirty around the bottom part. Shoe laces were put inside out as well... did not expect such disrespect, so back they go.

I bought these about a couple of weeks ago and think they are so cute. I've been looking for fashion sneakers and this fit the bill. I will say they run big. I wear a 5.5 and was a little big on me. Other than that, I love wearing them to work.

These are so cute on. Very comfortable unless standing for a long time, as they are a bit on the heavy side. I wore socks the first few times and can now wear without. Love the No tie!!
