Love these boots however I ordered a pair for a family member who loved them when she saw them and we had to return 3 times due to wrong size shoe being in the box for 6.5 size. It was very concerning that this happened multiple times. We finally returned them at a local store and bought something completely different. I hope no one else has this issue. It was very frustrating.

These Beauties Must Be Returned

I received these booties today. So comfortable and they look beautiful on my feet. Unfortunately- they will be returned as they squeak loudly with each step when walking on hardwood or tiled floors. I’ m so disappointed. The type of rubber soles used by the manufacturer were not a good choice.

Extremely well made and trendy boots. The silver looking chain is actually hematite and a dark charcoal color. Unfortunately these were too small/narrow in the heel area so I'm returning sadly. I wear an 11. But these look fantastic in person!
