Poor Packaging

Why is it that every time I order shoes from DSW, the boxes aren’t terrible shape?! There are two weird spots on the sole of one of the shoes. I don’t know if it was a four model and that’s why those two marks are there, but they definitely don’t look brand new. Sadly, this is a gift. You might think that DSW would realize that shoes ordered this close to Christmas are an actual gift and maybe the packaging should look more presentable. I won’t be upset if they don’t fit, and she needs to return them. The quality does not fit the price.
