Versatile Belt

It's a little bit bigger than I needed it to be because I was worried about buying a belt too small. I wear a 34"-36". I had to go to other websites to find a measurement guide, and I think that DSW should include those. It's a beautiful belt that I think will match many outfits. I'm pretty happy with it although I wish it were an inch smaller. This is a good waist cincher, and will go with dress shoes or white sneakers, so I'm happy. It's a little loose, and haven't worn it out yet. Hope it stays on.

Buyer Beware

If you get this undamaged that's great. If you are like me, you receive it damaged & then have to contend with subpar customer service.
Refer to the photos, so damaged its unwearable. I take it back into the store who issue a refund but can't reorder a replacement as their system 'didn't allow it'.
So I order another one. A week later, despite the emails saying its been shipped it hasn't. Customer service tell me to wait 10 days before contacting them about tracking & can't explain why I have 'its been shipped' emails. Then I get emails that the re-order is now being returned on my behalf! I can't return an item I haven't received yet. I have now spoken to 5 customer service agents due to the emails about shipping, not shipping, returns and refunds. Still waiting for the actual belt to arrive....
No, I do not recommend this product.
