I absolutely love these shoes! Unfortunately, they’re out of stock! I currently have a brown pair that were drenched in the Cancun rains for a wedding, and they’re holding on strong! I want a pair in black, but they’re outta stock.

I ordered Vince Camuto Axyl Loafer shoes in size 10.5 on 2/18/24 and received confirmation that my order had been confirmed and shipped on 2/19/24. The tracking link for my order stated that the shoes would arrive in four days. I continued to track my order for the following weeks and the tracking status kept stating that the shoes were set to be delivered the following day. After a month, I decided to call DSW customer service on 3/23/24 to follow up with the status of my order as I was beginning to worry about when I would be receiving my shoes. Customer service stated that the order must have been lost, and a new order for the same shoes and size was placed for two-day express delivery. Once again, I ran into the same issue, and the shoe tracking status kept stating a delivery date for the following day. On 4/3/24 I called DSW customer service again, they stated that the 10.5 size was now sold out (after already confirming they had shipped and were on the way), and I would have to get a different size. At this point, I had no options but to change the shoes to a different size. The wedding I’m scheduled to attend is on 4/18/24, and I needed these shoes to match the rest of the groom’s party on stage at the wedding. I told DSW customer service to go ahead and send me the size 11 as I had no other choice, and stressed the fact that I needed these as soon as possible. Once again, I receive confirmation that the size 11 had been shipped for two-day express delivery. After a week, the same issue arose where the tracking status continued to say they would be delivered the following day. On 4/11/24 I called DSW and they had no answer for where my shoes were, and the website now said the shoes were out of stock in size 11. The DSW customer service was not helpful whatsoever, and continued to tell me the shoes would come. After two months of waiting for the shoes, and four attempts to contact DSW, and four different promises from DSW that I would receive the shoes right away, I had to cancel my order. I decided to order the shoes in a size 9.5 on 4/11/24, the only size in stock, to a local DSW store for pick up. I confirmed my order and paid for the shoes. As I drove over (over 30 miles away) to pick up the shoes, I received a message that my order had been cancelled and the 9.5 was no longer available. Ordering these shoes from DSW has been an absolute nightmare, and I will never use DSW again. As a groomsman in the wedding, it is critical for me to match the rest of the wedding party, which is why I needed these shoes so badly, and now I’m left scrambling to find them. Dealing with DSW has cost me hours of my time and a great deal of stress, and I desperately wish I could go anywhere else for these particular shoes so I could avoid dealing with DSW. For anyone who has a wedding or a particular event coming up, please do not count on DSW for your shoes. They had two months and numerous opportunities to help me, and they failed, and I’m stuck with the consequences. Now, I have to wait for a refund for the two separate times I bought these shoes, and I will most likely continue to have to contact DSW support (and wait on hold to reach someone for hours) to get my money back, while still having to find these shoes from DSW in a size that won’t even fit. Please do not use DSW.

Very stylish and gives off the vibe of a high end dupe because of the buckle. I purchased these shoes for my dad and haven’t heard any complaints. My only complaint was that I got the display pair so one shoe is noticeably lighter in color compared to the one that stayed in the box.

I purchased these about one month ago and have worn several times. Many pluses: Comfortable; glove soft leather; upscale appearance; good value. I like these so much I purchased the same shoe in both cognac and black. Here’s one consideration before you purchase. Somehow, these shoes make my feet look smaller, compared to many of my other shoes. That’s not a bad thing; however, they look best with slacks or jeans that have a slim or tailored leg.

Received the shoes today and upon opening the box I knew they wouldn’t fit. Size 8 is what I wear and what the shoes and box state they are; however, I had more than an inch extra space in length and width was wider also. Returning to DSW. They look nice and well made though; just sized incorrectly.

The shoes were purchased for a wedding. They are very comfortable and look great with a suit. The color is very rich looking. The shoes fit well and are true to size.

I have wide feet and have some trouble finding loafers that fit comfortably, but these are great and look very nice. I also love how versatile these are: you can dress them up or dress them down depending on the event or occasion.
