Great sneakers and GREAT customer service!!
This review is actually for the customer service center. I ordered these sneakers for my son and unfortunately they were a size too large(Vans have a weird way to size their sneakers IMO!)...DSW offered me a free exchange but the order ended up getting canceled due to the fact that there was no more stock available that could be shipped to me. But....they WERE able to transfer the order at no charge for me to do a pick up at the closest store to me. I got these sneakers (which are great by the way...and super cute!)at a great price so I dont mind driving a bit further to get them. I just wanted to say thank you for all the help CS gave me during the 'multiple' calls I made to them. I believe in giving credit when credit is due! Thanks so much! I will definitely shop through this site again!
