DSW charged me for these shoes that I ordered on 12/18 and here I am today and still no shoes to pick up at the store. Both the store and customer service can give me zero answers

This boot has a great style and fits true to size. My only minor complaint is that it’s not as comfortable as I had hoped. But maybe need more time to break them in.
