While initially these felt great I eventually figured out the shortcoming. After walking a while the top strap started rubbing one foot to the point of irritation. I was afraid to get a sore. They also flopped a little while walking. I’ll have to wear a foot tube sock to protect my feet. The insoles are super comfortable and cushy yet supportive. They helped my plantar fasciitis.

These are so comfortable! I wear them everywhere. Like slippers you can wear to the grocers or a BBQ. Fit true to size for me (7) and you can play with width with adjustable strap on top.
