Uggs are comfortable, quality is outstanding and looks great overall. However, upon walking the heel does not have enough support and the back of the shoe slides. I would recommend this shoe with limited walking.

I just received my order for these Ugg booties in black. I usually wear sz 7 1/2 in regular boot and sz 7 in Uggs. These feel a little big. Purchased from DSW website. As some reviews stated there is a slight slip effect in the back. Store nor FB market have these black booties in Sz 6 1/2. Thinking about returning them to a DSW. Don’t want to reorder, they took a week to arrive. PS. Don’t believe DSW shipping time. Disappointed in shipping time and no help with customer service. I will never buy from DSW again. 😩😩

These boots are NOT lined like traditional Uggs so you will need a sock. Based on other reviews I went down a half size. They fit. If I went down a full size they’d be tight. The height of the heel is potentially an issue no matter what size you get. It’s a weird height, just barely above your heel but definitely doesn’t reach your ankle. So some may always feel like their foot will come out. I like them so I’m keeping them.

I bought these booties as a gift for my daughter. She did not care for the seam at the front of the shoe so we returned them. She did not try them on so I cannot comment on comfort, fit, etc.

So stylish, comfortable lots of compliments even at 67 years old. I own 3 pair of this same shoe. Black, hickory and chestnut. 9 of my friends purchased after seeing my shoe. Runs a 1/2 large. Love it love it love it

I’ve been loving these boots. Like many other reviews, I went down a full size from my normal Uggs. The platform is great for staying out the snow and slush. My foot does slip a little bit still (why I took away a star) but they are still comfortable for me!

I like these platform booties. Comfortable and look great on. I only wish they had a light shearling lining, I don’t consider these warm boots. Compliments from many so far. I bought them in black.

I’m a true size 8.5. Purchased an 8. The fit is PERFECT! These look and feel better than the basic short Uggs. Why? Because they are a bit dressier than the casual one. If you want the ugg look but want to be somewhat professional these are perfect! No back foot slipping as other reviews state. I think getting the right size makes the difference.

Very disappointed in DSW. The shoes I ordered arrived dirty and it was obvious they had been worn. There was dirt on the soles of both shoes and on the inside as well. One shoe was also damaged on the top. Either DSW is knowingly selling used shoes (which is probably why they were on sale) or they have zero quality control measures in place.

Incredibly cute bootie! But doesnt stay on foot. I normally wear a size 7.5/8. It kept slipping off my foot so I went a full size down and tried a 6.5. Toes touch the top and even then my heel still slips out the back with evrry step. Tried thick socks too with no luck. Really bummed as these are adorable!

I purchased this boot recently, utilizing store pick-up which is very convenient. As numerous reviews reported, the boot runs large, slips in the heel, and requires a smaller size purchase. My original Ugg boots, sized only in full sizes, are a size 9. Ugg adding half sizes was an additional concern. I ordered an 8.5 in these after reading reviews. I tried on in the store at pick-up, and the heel definitely slipped. I had extra socks in my purchase, so tried doubling which improved some. I ultimately exchanged for a size 8, after debating between 7.5 and 8 (could not believe I could even get into a size 7.5). I do have a high instep, so a shoe horn is a must to get into these boots.

I love the square toe look on these ankle length Uggs. Especially the higher platform keeps the wet away from the fabric. And I am finding that pants of various lengths work well with them.

I had to exchange the ones I ordered for a half size smaller. I expected them to be fuzzy inside, they are not. Nothing wrong with that! I also love the chunky sole as I am short!

On my second time returning due to the size being whole to half size too big. Purchased 8 and 7.5, will try a 7 but the back of my foot comes out every step.
