I bought these shoes based on the reviews that they are comfortable. Not so for me. I wore them to work and they were fine for a couple of hours. Then my right heel started to become sore from the shoe rubbing. By the end of the day, I had a painful sore despite my putting a bandage over the area of discomfort. I drove home barefoot because I couldn’t take it anymore. So now I’m stuck with them and I’ll never wear them again.

I looked a long time for a real leather, navy blue loafer, so I was happy to find these. BUT, they looked black. Even next to my black pants, they looked black. I am very disappointed. I returned them.

I bought the golden-brown color and was pleasantly surprised by how rich the shoes look on my feet. They are quite comfortable and easy to slip into. I will be taking them on my cruise in November. Trotters tend to be slim fit, so I bought the wide size, and the fit is very nice.

I bought one pair several months ago. I dearly loved them and received many compliments. I just bought another pair in a different color and really enjoy this pair as well. I highly recommend them. For me the fit is very accurate.

They are a beautiful looking shoe and it seemed they would be comfortable but they ran very large. I normally wear a 7/12 M and these shoes just slipped off of my feet when I walked. Unfortunately they did not have these shoes in the store to try on a different size so I sent them back.

Initially I loved the look and feel of these loafers, particularly the white/silver. They come in so many colors and patterns…I thought I’d found my new go-to shoes. After trying them on at home, I quickly realized the toe area runs narrow and it felt uncomfortable within minutes. Unfortunately I had to return.

These loafers are beautiful, well made & I'm sure very comfortable. I have to exchange them as they run very small. The store doesn't carry wide shoes so another 2 week wait to get them I usually wear 7 1-2 wide but these are very small.

Love these shoes! Nice quality. The foot bed is padded and comfortable. There is also nice arch support. They however run small. I am a consistent 10 Med and these are tight on my foot. Unfortunately there is not a 10.5 medium in this color so I may get a different color. I ordered the cognac. A great color to go with everything.
