    Looks just like my fav canvas Tretorns from way back with some upgrades: nicer laces, nylite (kinda like vinyl) is easier to clean.

    Not like the original!

    I grew up wearing Tretorns and unfortunately so disappointed that they have changed the shoe. This version looks and feels cheap. Nothing like the originals in the 80’s.

    GAINING POPULARITY WITH BOYS AND GIRLS AT SCHOOL

    They are starting to get really popular at my sons school. The students all wear uniforms. The girls began to wear the TRETORNS first. Then like the CROCS BIRKENSTOCK sandals and HEY DUDES, the girls wanted there boyfriends to wear matching TRETORNS. I guess these are unisex like a lot of footwear today. My 14 yr old son has the white leather and silver gull wings in men's size 8.5. He also has the white canvas with gum rubber soles and green gull wings in a size 10 women's that I didn't buy him. The kids say how cool and comfortable the TRETORNS are.

    I got these Tretorns because I did not want to wear my canvas Tretorns in the winter due to snow. I jove them. They fit great. I usually wear a 7.5 in Tretorns which is what I got. They look great on. I started wearing them a week ago and have received compliments on them. People unfamiliar with the brand ask me what it is all the time. They give a clean and classic look.
