No go with the toe on this shoe

They’re beautiful but I will be returning. I wear a true Size 5 and the toe box is just way too small, even for me!

These are poor quality like Journey and Nina heels. Something isn't right about the toe straps. They don't hug, and are attached loosely. These heels may work for someone with chunky feet.. But I wouldn't trust the straps. They feel like the thin straps on Nina heels that will probably snap right away.

Cute But Not Practical

I bought these for a wedding but ended up returning them because the front sole of the heel was kinda fuzzy and not rubber. They are so nice but I was afraid I would slip on a hardwood floor so I ended up returning them. Also, one of these shoes in another size were delayed a while before I received them, and when I did, they were clearly worn by someone else: dirty, scuffed, etc. The store let me return them, but I was surprised that no one inspected them before shipping out.

Thanks for sending me a clearly worn shoe

This is a beautiful shoe. I have a wide foot so I ordered a 5.5 but it was way too big and had to exchange it for a size 5 and it fits perfectly. Here is my problem which is more with DSW than the shoe. I ordered the shoe online because the store nearest me does not have this shoe and they almost never have my size. I did the exchange via online which was no problem. The problem arose when I got the "new" shoe. It looked in good condition although the packaging and box was not. These shoes were already worn. Someone clearly bought these shoes wore them and I mean wore them and then returned them. The sole of the shoe was all scraped up as if these shoes were worn multiple times before they were returned which is infuriating considering the price I paid for them. I can't speak to how comfortable the shoe is because it's already broken in by someone else and the left shoe felt a little bigger and less comfortable than the right. If you are going to accept a pair of shoes that were clearly worn then sell them at a discount or ship to an outlet store. I'm hoping the store nearest me will take them back so I can get new unworn pair.

Disappointed

The shoe looks pretty but sadly the pair I received did not look well made , the bottom shows it clearly is used , the box top was missing and overall I was just disappointed. Will be returning.

Low quality or defect? Take a look at these photos. I’m a size 5 and my foot is already on the wide side. Length-wise they’re fine but the strap in the front - you can fit 2 of my feet in there. Return.

Nice design, low quality

Lovely shoes, quality sucks… had to return them twice, first pair came with stains of glue and second pair only worn them once and the sole started to get unglued.
Sadly the manager’s (Cristy) response in Paramus was very rude and made it clear she was doing me
A favor by taking back the shoes. She just turn around and left me talking.
