Love the shoes but…

I bought these to replace a pair I already have and absolutely love. The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 was the pair I originally received were dirty and obviously had been worn.
I contacted DSW and was sent a new pair and shipped the old ones back. Just annoying. Do better DSW!

These shoes arrived absolutely filthy! They were obviously worn, returned then shipped to me. I’ve been shopping at DSW for years and cannot believe they shipped these out. It’s beyond disgusting as the inside of the shoes had residue from someone’s feet! Still waiting to hear back from customer service. I really hope they make this right because I am beyond disgusted.

When first putting these shoes on, they felt amazing and I had to have them. I’ve worn them almost everyday since I purchased them. After wearing them all day, the piece of elastic at the top of the shoe does become uncomfortable, but not enough for me to discontinue wearing the shoes. I still really really like them and I’m looking for another pair.

Cute But Not As Comfy

These look really cute on, but I was hoping for them to be more comfortable. They seem to run a tad small- I figured with Toms they stretch out a bit as you wear them. But I have a high arch and it does rub the top of my foot a little. Nothing too bad, but still, not great. I also can’t wear any socks with these, not even super thin ones.
