Most comfortable shoes I have ever owned

I saw so many negative reviews and had to write my own. These are by far the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. I have had so many compliments and people telling me they are going to buy some after seeing them. I also purchased the white that so many are commenting on and I love the color, it is more neutral than a bright white that will get dirty. The trim around the souls are what makes them special. I am ordering another pair.

Awful Blingy Gold Thread Woven into Heel Area!

I really wanted these and expected to love them. However, when they arrived they looked awful! What you don't see in the pictures is the horrible blingy gold thread woven into the heel area! The overall look was not beachy but cheap! Also the pink was really pink!

MISREPRESENTATION

Ordered color “White Onyx” confirmed “White Onyx” which is a definite bright white. What I have received is a box labeled White Onyx Textured Denim/Fray…..the shoe definitely has a light denim blue coloring to it and a darker blue and straw colored raffia banding….this is contrary to what is pictured on their website. I’m not the first to point this out to DSW and I certainly won’t be the last. Disappointing and an inconvenience.

Wrong Color!

I also bought white onyx but it is definitely not white as pictured. It also has a khaki/blue jute around the heel. I had a replacement sent and still the wrong shoe! What is the deal??
