    Purchased on 12/1/25. Wore them approximately 6 times. I wore them out last night and while I was walking the heel just fell off!! I cannot believe a $150 pair of boots have a heel that is glued on. I will never buy Tom’s again.

    Nice Boots, Terrible Craftsmanship!!! Purchased on 12/5/25, wore 3 times and the sole is 3/4 of the way off. I am discussed with the manufacturing of shoes, boots, clothing, and accessories because nothing last a month. Toms and DSW you should be ashamed of yourself.

    Inaccurate Color

    The color is inaccurate. The online photo looks much more tan than the actual boot I received. It says “beige” online, but what I received is much more grey in undertones, like a mushroom or maybe a greige. I am returning.

    Comfy and cute

    Very cute Chelsea boot! I have big feet (usually 11.5-12W) and got these in a 12. They fit me perfectly and are wide enough, and they don't make me look like bigfoot. Also super comfy right out of the box.

    I bought these boots a few weeks ago. The style is great! They look great with jeans or leggings. They're Toms, so they're good quality, of course! My only complaint is that I found them a bit tight across the top of my foot, but I think that will relax the more I wear them. Would recommend.
