    had an incredibly disappointing experience with DSW regarding order #20037604798 totaling $131.97. My return was received back in August after I was mistakenly was sent the completely wrong shoe by the warehouse. I contacted customer service at the time and was assured I would receive both a refund and the correct replacement. Neither has happened, and it’s been well over a month. Most recently, I reached out again via chat, but the representative was unhelpful and rude. They issued the incorrect refund and abruptly ended the chat when I asked for clarification. The issue still remains unresolved despite multiple attempts on my part to fix it. This experience has been frustrating and time-consuming, and I no longer feel confident shopping with DSW. The level of service has clearly declined.

    Very Comfortable

    The shoes are beautiful and comfortable, and I would've given a 5-star rating, but the delivery was poor. I received the packaging damaged as if something heavy had been sitting on the box the entire time it was being delivered. Fortunately, the shoes were not damaged, but they were squashed, and I had to straighten them out.

    Yes, I recommend this product.
