Beautiful Shoes, Poor Fit

Loafers are my go-to shoe. My true size is 12 wide. However, wide shoes are hard to find, so I most often buy 13M, which usually fits fine. I got the 13M in these, and I can’t even get my foot in. Such a shame, as they are beautiful and seem well-made.
