Disappointed in a quality mistake on this pair

This is my 7th pair of Taft shoes and love everything about them usually. Unfortunately this pairs suede material on the upper of of the penny loafer ripped after only 2 wears. I love the look, color, and wear otherwise. I’m just so shocked they ripped with casual wear to a desk job.

Defective Rome Boots & Sizing Issue with Sterling Loafers

I really wanted to like these loafers, but the sizing was way off. I ordered my usual size 11, which fits perfectly in other loafers I own, but I couldn’t even get them on properly. They are definitely not true to size.

Not soft and fits tight

When I saw these online I thought they were going to be soft and comfortable like my other Taft’s but they were very stiff and rigid. I’m hoping after a few wears they will loosen up. If not I’m going to be really upset.
