TAFT Darcey Boot

These are my fourth pair of boots from Taft. Just love the quality of these boots. I have my eye on other pair.

Nice looking, break in takes time, (as it should) run a little big, (boots tend to) and versatile. Very similar to the Scotty from Bruno Magli, which is my reason for choosing this boot, though the stitching/seam on toe box isn't quite as pronounced. My issue is they are made in El Salvador. Would have preferred an Italian-made leather, or a Made in USA (Redwing) but not reading the buried fine print is on me, I guess.

These were better than expected and are great both casual and on the dressier side.

Fit great, leather is fantastic and they look great with jeans or chinos. I would recommend these 100%

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These boots fit perfect in a 11d, which I sized down 1/2 a size from 11. 5. Goes well with casual, or paired to jeans and a sport coat! Really like the two-toned leather. Very comfortable and breaks in with a small bit of wear! Plan to purchase in other colors.
