Aweful quality

Very nice looking shoe but aweful quality. The shoe has torn apart and the stitching has completely come undone after only a short period of wear.

Cute Style

Only wore these once so far. This is a block heel, not a kitten heel. No idea why the description would have two different heels listed. Shoes felt comfortable. My only complaint is that the "synthetic" material really looks "synthetic." You would never mistake this for leather.

Arrived dirty and a month late

I purchased these a month before a funeral and they arrived too late, having me rush to find an alternate pair before the event. Upon receiving them, they were clearly worn and the box torn up and taped. During the return, the sales associate put in that “customer changed mind”, which was untrue and not representative of the service that I received from DSW.
