Made Poorly

I ordered these shoes for my birthday and the pair I received looked like they have been worn and stitching was coming apart.
Returned and DSW sent a pair. The shoe looked good. Worn them on my birthday and about a hour into dinner the mesh stitching started unraveling. It was bad the wire was poking me in my feet while I was leaving dinner. Such a cute shoe. Wish it was made better.
