Broke After 10 Wears
The heel broke in half after only about 10 wears. Pretty disappointed with quality especially since they were so expensive.

Comfy But Not Durable
These loafers are a nice, chunky loafer that’s not too heavy. I’ve been wearing them for work. Unfortunately, the heel has ripped! Now here I am using super glue at work to see if I can make it through the day. Smh! I’ve had these for less than a year. Steve Madden is supposed to be a good name and his stuff isn’t cheap. I see other reviews with the same issue - believe us.

Not great for wide or slightly widened feet
It is such a cute show, but it's a tough fit if your feet aren't narrow enough. I originally got an 8.5 because I tend toward the wider side (flat feet), and they were way too big. So I went down to an 8, and it hurt my feet so much they got bruised. There was no in between.

Soles didn't last 5 months
Listen to the reviews!! I bought these in October, got 5 months of light wear out of them, then the soles started disintegrating. They are now unwearable and cannot be repaired. Cute and comfy for a short while, but did not last. Don't waste your money!

Don't buy this
I purchased these roughly five months ago, and the sole has already cracked completely. I'm disappointed with the durability and wouldn't recommend this product.

Everyday shoe
Needed a go to loafer and these are perfect. Can be dressed up or down and love that they give a little height. Been walking a ton in these and haven't experienced any issues

Don’t buy, falls apart
I bought these back in February and wore them about five times before they tore apart at the soles/heels just like all the other reviews say. Thankfully I was able to return for store credit but it’s unfortunate that there’s clearly a quality control issue here. Really cute and comfy otherwise, just doesn’t hold up…

BROKEN SOLES
So disappointed! Loved the shoes and got many compliments but both soles are broken - almost identically to what other customers have said! this goes beyond normal wear and tear b/c happened after less than 6 months of wearing shoes maybe 2x/week. After chatting with customer service online, they said to bring shoes in store to see what can be done - we shall see!

Not what I thought I paid for.
I had the same problem other reviewers mentioned. Bought the shoes in early October and by November both heels had split open, rendering the shoes unwearable. It was such a bummer because I loved the look of them.

Horrible
The heel broke and started detaching from the sole after 2 months. I have yet to hear back from customer service regarding a refund because properly made $70 shoes do not break after 2 months smh. This is obviously a defective product

Horrible
I bought my first pair in late september for my new job. wore maybe 5-6 times and the sole completely cracked and made the show not wearable. Thankfully the DSW i went to allowed me to exchange them for a new pair. Not even 2 months later they just did the exact same thing. NOT impressed at all. DO NOT BUY.

Already Broken
I have worn these shoes maybe 5 times, and the heel is literally cracking and is now making a squeaking noise every time I walk. Would not recommend. Terrible quality.

I Wanted To Love These
I’ve been looking for a loafer in this style for so long, so I was so excited when I finally found one. It’s very unfortunate however it seems like the pair that I bought, everyone had been trying on the right shoe and it was fitting looser than the left. And literally within two wears the shoes started making a squishing noise and it feels like the inside of the shoe towards the heel has collapsed. I feel like I wasted my money. I tried contacting DSW Support and they said that they can’t help me because I bought them in store. The store I purchased from never answers the phone and is located very far from me.

Low quality product
Very low quality. After a month or so of wearing, the heel started to tear off. Not worth the purchase.

Cute but cheaply made
I’ve only worn these shoes three times, and two of those times I was sitting all day. The third time I wore them, I noticed a strange sound coming from the heel when I walked — the back seam had split, and air was getting inside. They’re super cute, but there’s no way I’m spending $60+ on shoes that don’t even last past three wears.
