Not what I thought I paid for.

I had the same problem other reviewers mentioned. Bought the shoes in early October and by November both heels had split open, rendering the shoes unwearable. It was such a bummer because I loved the look of them.

Horrible

The heel broke and started detaching from the sole after 2 months. I have yet to hear back from customer service regarding a refund because properly made $70 shoes do not break after 2 months smh. This is obviously a defective product

I bought my first pair in late september for my new job. wore maybe 5-6 times and the sole completely cracked and made the show not wearable. Thankfully the DSW i went to allowed me to exchange them for a new pair. Not even 2 months later they just did the exact same thing. NOT impressed at all. DO NOT BUY.

Already Broken

I have worn these shoes maybe 5 times, and the heel is literally cracking and is now making a squeaking noise every time I walk. Would not recommend. Terrible quality.

I Wanted To Love These

I’ve been looking for a loafer in this style for so long, so I was so excited when I finally found one. It’s very unfortunate however it seems like the pair that I bought, everyone had been trying on the right shoe and it was fitting looser than the left. And literally within two wears the shoes started making a squishing noise and it feels like the inside of the shoe towards the heel has collapsed. I feel like I wasted my money. I tried contacting DSW Support and they said that they can’t help me because I bought them in store. The store I purchased from never answers the phone and is located very far from me.

Cute but cheaply made

I’ve only worn these shoes three times, and two of those times I was sitting all day. The third time I wore them, I noticed a strange sound coming from the heel when I walked — the back seam had split, and air was getting inside. They’re super cute, but there’s no way I’m spending $60+ on shoes that don’t even last past three wears.
