The shoes are too stiff and tight and there is no exchange or return.

I got so many compliments on them too, however after 6 months the left sole cracked all the way through to the bottom and my big toe now sits in a hole where the crack is. And about a week later the right sole did the same thing. I would have liked to get at least get a year of usage out these shoes for the price.

They do slip a bit because the material is very stiff, so I have to find good inserts for them. But I am so excited to finally have a good pair of chunky loafers in my shoes collection!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The shoes look nice but all SM shoes as far as sizing are terrible. 8 is too big, 7&1/2 too small. There is no happy medium with sizing.

THE most uncomfortable shoes I have ever worn — seriously my heels are all ripped up. Avoid these shoes at all costs.

Wore these shoes for less than a month and they started falling apart - the last pair of Steve Madden loafers I had lasted me two years of everyday wear. Very disappointed, would not recommend

The sizing is off. I normally wear a 7. 5, but my heel kept slipping. I will try a 7, but that might be too small. They are a cute shoe. A little heavy. Will need some breaking in. The material stiff. Returning.
