    Not 3 inch heels

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They are super cute but the heels are definitely not 3 inches, they are more like 2 inch heels. I have other open toe that are 2. 8 inches and they are higher than these. Wish the heel height were correct.

    Absolutely loved these heels and was so excited about my first heel purchase (outside of thrifted pairs). Got them for Christmas and it’s now March. I’ve worn them a total of 4 times, all for short nights out. By the 4th use I noticed that the heel was peeling off the back. Tried to glue it down but it just bounces right back. So so so beyond disappointed, I was obsessed with these heels and took great care of them. Very unfortunate price for a pair that didn’t even make it to 5 uses.

    I love the Kendrix heel but will say I am disappointed. After purchasing 3 different styles, I wore the black Kendrix one time and the heel broke. I don’t know if the heel was defected but the heel came clear off at the start of my friends bachelorette. I had high expectations after having a great experience with their cheetah print and brown leather.

    With my item they share with my other Steve Madden heels that they have very little cushioning where the balls of my feet are which make them painful after a while. Other than that I love them.

    These broke after a few uses. Cheaply made - DO NOT BUY. They’re also extremely narrow and painful to walk in.

    SM please keep the cheetah and style forever! I love the fit, I love how the heel is slightly higher than kitten heel height, it looks great with no discomfort. I’m a 6. 5 in heels that are open in the front and the back, so these were pretty true to size for me. They are so comfortable, I don’t typically wear heels for them to feel comfortable. But trust me when I tell you these are comfortable.
