Before buying these I read reviews and one said they’d arrived worn and damaged. Thinking this was a one off, I ordered but mine arrived thrown into a box were scuffed everywhere and damaged. DSW check your quality control on these. The plastic heel also is flimsy.

These boots were worn when they arrived, severely scuffed on all sides, soles completely black. Thrown in the box with zippers down and no tissue or wrapping.

I was sent boots that were WORN, SCUFFED, AND DIRTY. This is UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! I also could not get in touch with customer service through their chat bot service. Disappointing and disrespectful is an understatement.

Just got these boots today, and they’re beautiful, perfect fit, great height, but they have been worn. Been getting lots of shoes and boots from DSW that are worn and damaged. Leave those in the store on the clearance, don’t ship to me.

I loved everything about these boots, the black suede, the kitten heel, the comfortable fit, but the toe is extremely pointed. If you don't mind that then these or the boots for you. I prefer more of a subtle, or hint of, a pointed toe, so I returned these.
