I was sent boots that were WORN, SCUFFED, AND DIRTY. This is UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! I also could not get in touch with customer service through their chat bot service. Disappointing and disrespectful is an understatement.

Just got these boots today, and they’re beautiful, perfect fit, great height, but they have been worn. Been getting lots of shoes and boots from DSW that are worn and damaged. Leave those in the store on the clearance, don’t ship to me.

I loved everything about these boots, the black suede, the kitten heel, the comfortable fit, but the toe is extremely pointed. If you don't mind that then these or the boots for you. I prefer more of a subtle, or hint of, a pointed toe, so I returned these.
