I received this shoe about 3 days ago but just opened the box today. Good thing I did. As soon as I looked at them, I could tell they had been previously worn. No way am I keeping these. Come on DSW employees, you gotta do better. Would YOU want a shoe someone else has clearly worn? Or GREAT Customer Aervice is falling?

Beautiful heels with mesh for toes, but the sizing is for a AAA foot. I ordered a size up and at least half an inch of my heel is off. I returned and reordered 1.5 sizes up and my foot fits but it looked terrible. I’m a true medium width foot! I typically order half size up with heels and no issues though not true for this heel. Disappointing because I need a new green heel. Also, they arrived beat up box and looked worn!

These shoes are pretty narrow in the front and provide no support. I wear a regular fit, not wide and they were still too tight for my feet.

They are beautiful!! But once I put my foot in since they are sheer you can see way too much space from my toes to the tip. The fit was right so I didn’t bother trying a half size down. Maybe if I see them in store I’ll try a 7. They really are beautiful

I always wear 7.5. I ordered 7.5 brown and they fit perfectly. I wore them all day walking around, on and off my feet and I had no pain or discomfort. I think the mesh toe area makes them slightly more comfortable than a regular shoe. 3.5 is the perfect heel height, not so tall you can’t walk in. I actually came back to order a second pair in black and they’re all gone :-(

I normally buy 6.5-7 in heels. Mostly 6.5. I bought these in size 7 and can barely get my toes into them. I look like the ugly stepsister on Cinderella trying to get these on. I think if I were to try to exchange I would do at least at 8! However, I just don’t love the exposed toes either and will be returning.
