Soles are darker than the photo

Shoes do not look like the picture. The top suede part of the shoe does match the picture and looks good, but the bottom sole looks dark gray - almost black. They look burned. It does not look like a beige brown as it does in the photo. I alsonleft a review on a pair of other shoes I bought in this purchase and like that other purchase, these shoes look used. The suede part does look like it has damage from the shipping, there is white parts on the suede that will come out but leave an after-mark that will not come out. The bottom soles have dirt and grime on them and i've never wore them before. The shipping label that arrived with the shoes also said it was from "DSW returns". I've contacted the manufacturer to see if there was any recourse I could get and they said they could not assist and to go through DSW. I'm just finding out I am being charged 15.00+ to return both pairs. Will not be buying from DSW again.
