Fit not good

I ordered a 9 wide like I always wear but these shoes are too big. With or without socks, I slip out of them when I walk. I have no idea what size to exchange for, regular and not wide or a half size down.Very disapointed.

Just bought them yesterday. Is so pleased with the comfort they provide. The Ballet flats are soft and bendable. I don’t want to take them off. I recommend these for people who have arthritis in your feet.

Soul ballet flats are wonderful! You put them on and never have to break them in the comfort is from slipping your foot into the shoe. Love them! Materials are excellent and so is the workmanship. Great design and fit.
I will continue to buy them.

The sole is soft and cushy. This is the 2nd pair I bought after a few years and it runs a little bigger than the old shoe.
