Inaccurate Color Description

I ordered dark brown. They are not dark brown. Definitely more cognac/burgundy. But they are comfortable.

I bought the size 6 and it was too tight so I returned and purchased the size 6 wide width. The width is fine but the shoe is too big!! I can fit 2 fingers at the back where the heel is -

My heel comes out of the show when I walk. It either runs big (which I don’t think is the case) or it has to do with the design.

Weird Fit…or Maybe I Have A Weird Foot

I loved these shoes, in pewter, the moment I saw them, so I ordered them in size 11. When I received them, they were as gorgeous as I thought they would be! But they slipped on my heel a bit (something I could fix), and they came right up to that big bone on the outer part of my ankle and rubbed on it like crazy…something I cannot fix. So regrettably, these are going to have to go back. ;(
