I really wish I had returned these because there isn’t a lot to like. As noted by others, the heel box is strange. It’s too heavy and bulky for the strap to support so I always feel like I am kind of shuffling around in them. The puffy inserts made this worse so I removed them, but the fit is still awkward. Also, the buckle on the strap catches on the hem of my pants and tears the thread so I will eventually need to go to the tailor. I was on the fence about keeping them and wish I’d sent them back, unfortunately, a lot of the issues didn’t become apparent until after I’d worn them for a few hours. They are just kind of frumpy and unfortunate.

Heel Box Too narrow

They are oddly shaped. The toe box is very wide and comfortable but the end of the shoe is very narrow so my heel is constantly out of the heel box and over the shoe trim, which is pain! also while the padding of the shoe is soft, it is hot!

Perfect Pewter Shoe

Unfortunately, this shoe felt like a “negative” heel and I had to return it. It was a perfect fit, comfortable footbed, available small enough for my foot & a very hard-to-find color. I wish I could have worn it!
