Great Boots Bit Sent The Wrong Size

30 mins on the phone with someone in a very faraway land with a difficult to understand accent and crummy connection. Still not sure he got it right. They had the right box and different size inside. We will see if I get the correct one and what I’m charged for this horrible service. And my other item is out there somewhere. No tracking provided to me.

Decent Shoes, Horrible packaging

Shoes look like they're decent quality but I am definitely surprised by the packaging. Just an open-top, crumpled box shoved into a bag. Makes it pretty hard to give as a gift.

Strange arch support

The arch support in the soles was either too high or oddly placed for my feet. My other shoes from this brand didnt have this problem.

Love these booties!! I got them for work, I’m a flight attendant, they’re comfortable & give me the support I need. Did have to cover my pinky toes with moleskin the first couple times until the boots formed to my foot. Couldn’t be happier!

Cute booties but one boot is missing an insert insole…the boot that is missing the insert insole, the original insole that is in there is already coming off! How in the world did they miss that? What a disappointment….I really wanted to like these. Unfortunately these will be returned.
