Pretty, but small

I usually wear an 8.5 or 9 (medium) in dress shoes, so I ordered the 9 medium to be safe and it was too small. It was too tight at the toe, and a bit too snug at the heel. So I ordered another pair sized 9.5 medium, and they are too big. The 9.5 fits better at the toe but still a little snug (maybe they run narrow?) but slide up and down on my heel when walking. I get the feeling that if I ordered more pairs in these same sizes they would all fit differently. I may try ordering a wide before I give up on them completely because they're very pretty and have a decent insole. The 8.5 and 9 will be returned because I won't put up with $120 shoes that don't fit well.

No, I do not recommend this product.
