    Stop sending beat up returns

    They sent me a pair that someone else returned. The box is dented and torn up. Only one of the sneakers had the form keeping insert. This is a Christmas gift for my mom, I am returning them because I would be embarrassed to give this beat up obviously returned pair of sneakers! This is not the first time DSW sent me shoes in this condition. Im done
