Twinkle sneakers...maybe not!
Sneakers are very cute with the bracelets but one shoe does not twinkle with movement unless you press the button. I haven't given them to my grand daughter yet. Maybe she won't care.

Worth It!
My 5 y/o loved them. She wears a 12/13 so I ordered a 1 for her to grow into. They aren’t too much bigger so I would say they are a true size 1.

Twinkle Sparks Charm High Tops
