Runs Big & Uncomfortable

Ordered online my standard size 9.5. They were falling off my feet when I walked. Either these were mislabeled or the sizing is way off. The back was also high and uncomfortable, hit at the wrong spot. Even if they fit, these would definitely cause blisters at the back of the foot.
