Bought these for my 5 year old after getting a different brand that only held up for 2 months. Skechers light up shoes have been my “go to” for the past couple years. They don’t break down easily and although the battery does die eventually… it’s usually been so much later that by then my son doesn’t mind so much. Turning off the light can certainly help them last longer as well. All in all… I’m sorry I went with a different shoe before these ones and it’s good to be back!

The batteries on these shoes are rigged for sure. You pay $60 bc they light up but the lights go out same day you wear them. Bought another pair and same happened. Just save yourself some disappointment and don’t buy.

Our 6 year old saw these and had to have them. So far they seem very durable. Good fit and fun flashing lights on them for the kids.
