DO NOT BUY FROM DSW (al least the online store)!

I have been a DSW customer for several years and recently created an online DSW account. On November 22 (a week before Black Friday), I purchased a pair of GO Walk 7 shoes, having previously owned and enjoyed the same style. Although I received confirmation of payment and shipment (please see attached photo), the shoes had not arrived after three weeks! Upon visiting a local DSW store, I was told that, contrary to the website's notification, the shoes were actually out of stock and had never been shipped!!! Unfortunately, I was not informed of this issue, and only discovered it by investigating the delay myself. This experience has raised concerns about communication and customer service, as I would have been charged without receiving the product if I had not followed up. This is the worse customer care experience I ever had with any online retailer. I am sad to say that you should think very hard before buying from DSW online.

Very comfortable, great for standing all day

Needed a comfortable, good arch-support shoe that I can stand in 9-10 hours a day. These happened to be on sale, were a good fit and seemed comfortable, so I bought them. My original impression bore out; they are very comfortable. The circle-pad design can be felt right through the sole and have a massaging effect on the feet. They are also well padded and flexible, giving a nice "spongy" feel but not too soft. Also really like the slip on feature and they stay on well. Got several compliments about the good looks.
